My valentine's lunch
This recipe is for two. If you'd like for one, simply divide the ingredients.
Ingredients
2 Wraps
1 Chicken Breast
Hammus to taste
4 Swiss Cheese slices
10 Cherry Tomatoes
Honey to taste
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Thyme
First, in a skillet pour about a tablespoon of olive oil, heat on medium-low (on level 4). Then, chop up the chicken breast into desired shape. Cut off extra fat and discard it. Add salt, pepper and thyme to taste. Place chicken breast on the hot oil. Meanwhile, wash cherry tomatoes.
Slice them in half and sprinkle some salt and pepper.
Flip the chicken breast.
After a minute or so turn them again.
Let them cook until the other side looks golden brown and keep turning them until they are golden all around.
Grab the tortillas.
Heat up two tortillas but don't let them harden and burn like this one.

Open your hummus and with a spatula spread it on the tortilla.
Place 2 swiss cheese slices on the hummus and half of the chicken right on top.
Add sliced tomatoes.
Then drizzle some honey.
Fold wrap
Wrap the wrap in aluminum foil.
Repeat with your second wrap.
You may wrap aluminum foil with cupcake decor wrap liner to make it pretty. Cut up some fruits on the side and there's a lunch for two.
