Banana Strawberry Yogurt Milkshake Lemon Twist




Ingredients:

1 Cup of Milk
2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
1 Banana
6 Oz. (0.75 of a cup) Strawberry Yogurt
1 Teaspoon of Sugar


 





Pour ingredients into blender



Blend for about 30 seconds or until ingredients have blended completely


Color will be pink, like these roses :)

Chicken Veggie Wrap

I improvised this recipe, didn't get it from any website. :) Remember, don't rush, give the food time to cook, but make sure you don't burn things either!

Ingredients

Olive oil
Half an onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Two handfuls of any fresh salad leaves or just spinach
Half a large carrot, grated
1 or 2 cups of tomato sauce or 1 chopped tomato
Table spoon of honey
1 cup or two of mozzarella cheese
Precooked chopped chicken
Wraps

Add chopped onion to a skillet with about 2 Table spoons of olive oil.


Add salt and pepper to taste



Clean your spinach by rinsing it with water



Add it to the skillet

Cut the ends of your carrot and clean it


Shred or grate half of the carrot


mix mix and cover for a minute


Add your precooked chicken. I had left overs.

Add tomato sauce or chopped tomatoes.


Add cheese


mix some more


Cover and remove from heat. Get some wraps.


Mines are tomato wraps, but use any kind you'd like best.


Grab a big spoon and scoop in your chicken mix.


Place scoop in the center of your wrap.


Steps to folding wrap:

Step 1: Fold bottom


Step 2: Fold sides


Step 3: Fold top over


Pin your wrap with toothpicks


Toast in a skillet for a minute, just to give the wrap some crunchiness


Place on a cutting board


And cut




I made three cut them in half and served them just like that

Paprika Baked Potato

Ingredients 

Potato (as many as you'd like, I made 5-6 potatoes, since we are 5 people) 
Vegetable Oil to taste (don't make it too oily)
Salt to taste
Paprika to taste

Cut potato in slices and place them on a cooking tray.


Bake on 350 until the potatoes look dry, this will allow the water in the potatoes to evaporate.


Place potatoes in a tray where you can glaze vegetable oil and sprinkle the salt


Add some Paprika


Mix well



Bake on 350 degrees F, for 30 minutes or if when you stick a fork the potato is soft. Keep an eye on it making sure the potatoes don't burn.


Lay potatoes on a sheet of wax paper or paper towels to absorb the excess oil and water


Serve with fried eggs. I love dipping the potato in the yolk :)

Pandebono (Mozzarella)

I made about 28 bons, if you'd like less you can always divide the ingredients in half.

 Ingrdients

400g Pandebono mix
4 Cups of Mozzarella cheese
2 Tablespoons of Butter
About 1 1/2 Cups of Water
Salt to taste

Other things needed

Parchment Paper
Cooking tray

In a large bowl place the Mozzarella cheese


and add the pandebono mix


Like so


With a large spoon, blend well



Add in the butter



Microwave water until warm and pour it on top of the butter


Blend well until dough is soft and can be shaped into a ball



Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (or 232 degrees C)


Place parchment paper on the cooking tray


Grab a bit of the dough and make a flat ball



Leave space between each pandebono



Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown


After you're done baking, place bons on a serving plate. You may sprinkle some Parmesan Cheese on top.
