2 Cups of Milk (I used 2%)
3 Teaspoons of sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
2 1/2 Cups of Oatmeal
Place a saucepan on the stove top and pour in the Milk, heat on medium-high. Add the Sugar and Vanilla. Stir occasionally until Milk is simmering. Then, add in the Oatmeal. Reduce heat to medium-low and keep stirring until mix thickens, about 1 minute. Serve in a bowl, this is enough for 2 servings.
